Privacy notice

This notice explains how SRI Pte. Ltd. (Singapore Realtors Inc, CEA Licence No. L3010738A) and its property consultants collect, use and disclose your personal data when you use this website, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

• Contact details you give us or allow us to retrieve from Myinfo via Singpass: name, mobile number and email.
• Details about your current home, preferences, goals and timeline that you enter into the valuation form.
• Financial information you choose to share (income, CPF balance, savings, loans) to prepare the affordability estimate.
• Basic technical data such as browser type and the page that referred you.

We do not ask for or store your NRIC number.

Why we collect it

• To prepare your property report (valuation, affordability and area recommendations).
• To contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about your report and your property plans.
• If you opt in, to send you market updates and listings that match your plans.

Who we share it with

Your data is shared only with SRI and the SRI property consultants serving you. It is stored with our service providers (hosting and database providers) who process it on our behalf. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymise it.

Your choices

You can withdraw consent, ask to see or correct your data, or ask us to delete it at any time by contacting SRI at gaanesh.loganathan@gmail.com or +65 9115 9500. We will not contact numbers on the Do Not Call Registry for marketing unless you have given clear consent.
